Our Services
STAIR FAS is a custom stair design and installation company that specializes in residential projects since 2003. Founded by Freddy Alvarado, who also takes part in the entire process from measuring to the installation of each project. We pride ourselves on our in-house manufacturing that gives us an edge to create a full range of customized staircase styles and solutions based on each client’s needs.

workmanship involved is top quality in the whole staircase manufacturing process: measuring, designing, building and installing.

OUR PROCESS:
MEASURING:
The first step and most critical in determining the dimensions of area that the staircase and/or railings will fit in so that every angle is covered. We will come to your place to gather all the measurements needed to proceed with the design and ensure that your project will exceed your expectations.
DESIGN:
Our commitment to creating breathtaking designs has led us to be one of the leaders in the industry. Using the latest trends, technologies and design software. Our superior designs along with quality craftmanship are meant to impress even our most selective clients. Take a look at our gallery to see some of our recent premium looks and designs.
FABRICATION:
We use top quality lumber to build our stairs and railings. Everything is manufactured in our shop and warehouse. Every staircase and railings is meticulously hand-crafted with select hardwoods and lumber. We work with existing plans, rough drawings and our own designs.
INSTALLATION:
The last and most important step. Our team takes the necessary precautions to ensure that the fabricated staircase in full accordance with the Ontario building codes. Once everything is designed and fabricated we will complete the installation.
